About Us
Our two founders have been mentoring and developing young people over thirty (30) years individually. Boyz2Gmen and Girlz2ladz is the results of their desire to continue to impact young people more effective and efficiently. Stephen Butterfield has a Masters Degree in Human Services Counseling : Marriage and family from Liberty University. Ann and Stephen Butterfield are partners with Henry and Rockdale county schools counseling. They are also certified with Youth Mental Health First Aid USA
They are the founders of Butterfield Ministries Worldwide, which has been in existence for 10 years. Their ministerial mission is to enrich the relationships of both couples and families alike. They accomplish this through counseling, speaking engagements, and seminars which expose couples and families to strategies which can strengthen their marital and social relationships. Their current project is an upcoming Marriage Conference which is scheduled to be held in April 2020. They are excited about this endeavor to help God’s people to build a strong foundation for sustainability in their relationships.
Tamekia Avery

Tamekia Avery is the owner of Making Dreams Come True Travels LLC. They specialize in all-inclusive Caribbean getaways for groups, influencers, couples and singles trips. She is the proud parent of two beautiful daughters. She also volunteers for a non-profit women's organization called 'The Tea Talk' that empowers, uplift and encourage women. She has a genuine spirit to help others.
David Thomas

David Thomas is a Portfolio Manager with Truist Investment Services, Inc. He offers clients more than 25 years of financial services, retirement planning, and investment management experience. In this role, David provides proactive, personalized investment management and client service and develops disciplined, risk adjusted asset management solutions tailored to meet individual client objectives. Prior to his current role, David was a Financial Planner for Ameriprise Financial. Earlier in his career, David worked 6 years for a New York City based Hedge Fund serving in a number of roles from trading to research.

Pastor Faye Brooks

Pastor of Arms of Faith Missionary Baptist Church.
She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the early age of 12 and was baptized. Later in life she accepted her call to ministry and has been serving in the Kingdom of God and serving people ever since. Her passion is for people to know and experience God by applying his word to everyday life situations. By serving in numerous outreach capacities, she assists people in accomplishing this goal. She is a seasoned, educated, experienced, Spirit- Filled Woman of God. "SALVATION is her MOTTO" believing you can do all things through CHRIST. She states: *I am a child of God, willing to go and to do whatever God commands me to do. I am totally sold out to JESUS! Therefore, I say like the Apostle Paul, I have become all things to all people: (*whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God; even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved. * 1 Corinthians 10:31-33).
Professional Career/Corporate America: Pastor Brook* spent the first twenty years as a Network Support Engineer in the Computer Industry. She then focused her attention on Real Estate whereby receiving her Georgia Real Estate license, Instructor's license, and Broker*s license.
Educational background includes Ministerial License from True Faith Bible College; Biblical Instructor Certification and Master of Christian Education Living Waters Bible College; Shorter University; Georgia State University and continued Seminary Studies at Luther Rice University.
JocQualyn Carter

Pastor Joc’Quelyn E. Carter, a native of Andalusia, Alabama and is known for her ministry to women, children and families. She has been serving in ministry 28 years. Her heart for God’s people and being obedient to the Word of God, led her to start Shepherd House Ministries which focuses on outreach efforts. She is currently a member of Tabernacle Praise Church International where she serves in the missions.
God has entrusted Pastor Carter to build bridges in her community by implementing educational initiatives in elementary schools, training young people in government and co-hosting women conferences. Pastor Carter is a prophetic pastor on an evangelistic walk and is anointed as a preacher and didactic teacher.
She is married to James Carter and has a blended family of two sons and three daughters.
